The Art @3 Corners open studio event gave visitors a chance to experience first class art exhibitions and meet over 150 artists behind-the-scenes while they worked in their studios.

The @3 Corners is a reference to the buildings that are part of a redevelopment and preservation project of Houston’s historic First Ward:

The [Texas Johnny Boy Band](https://www.facebook.com/RhythmAndBLuesThatYouCanUse/), a blues band, played outside the Bill Meek Studio and Gallery and patrons inside Spring Street Studios were treated to the smooth jazz stylings of Ronnie Davis of Piano Gigs.

The Virgo Experience and [Chyna B’s Sweets](https://www.facebook.com/chynabsweets/) provided food and drinks for visitors inside Spring Street Studios and [Tila’s Restaurante & Bar’s](https://www.facebook.com/TilasRestauranteBar/) food truck was parked outside of Bill Meek Studio and Gallery.
